Tasting notes open with vibrant red cherry, raspberry and cranberry fruit, lifted by rose petal, violet florals and a fine mineral edge. The palate is juicy, fresh and lightly structured, showing red berry purity, subtle spice and a touch of whole bunch complexity that adds savoury detail and shape.

Style wise it is a classic stainless steel matured Beaujolais Villages Gamay with a higher proportion of whole bunch fermentation, giving it both lift and a slightly more structured, old school feel compared to entry level Beaujolais.
