Saltfleet Sangiovese 2024

An extended 22 days on skins has softened the tannins, creating a medium-bodied wine with savoury, red-berried fruit and lifted aromas of wild strawberries and figs. Selectively harvested, hand-plunged, and matured for nine months in seasoned French oak, it shows fresh acidity and moderate tannins that make it an excellent accompaniment to food. Vegan-friendly and unfiltered, this is a wine made to be shared with friends and family.
